We are delighted to announce our third adult writing competiton.
This time the theme is “A Puzzle” and we are looking for entries that can take an interesting approach to the topic. A short story of maximum 750 words or 20 lines of poetry.
This competition is open to all residents within a 10 mile radius of Bramley Hampshire.
Any entries from further afield will be considered and a £5 entry fee will be payable after acceptance.
No entries from abroad can be accepted.
All entries will receive a short critique.

Guidelines
Do not exceed the word length. Please add the word count to the end of your entry.
Your writing should be double spaced.
Please send as an attachment, not within the body of an email.
Do not be put off if you are dyslexic. We are looking for a story or poem that is well plotted and engaging.
Closing date is Friday March 26th 2021
The winners will be announced at the end of April.
Children are also encouraged to enter a story, which can be illustrated. This should be photographed or scanned if handwritten. Maximum length 300 words.

The next competition will take place in July.
